What is The Bud Club™?

The Bud Club is the name of our new Gage/Cookies/Lemonnade/Pinnacle loyalty program! While the name has changed, the program will bring even more everyday value and benefits not previously available. Read on to learn more! *excludes Cookies Grand Rapids

What changed with the loyalty program?

In addition to the new 5% everyday in loyalty rewards unveiled on October 9th, how you redeem Bud Club points has changed. Instead of points being calculated in full dollar increments, we've introduced new, simpler redemption tiers - don't worry, the value of your points have not changed, it's just a new way of looking at your balance. Old System ($1 spend = 0.05 points gained): 25 points = $25 OFF 50 points = $50 OFF 200 points = $100 OFF New Tiered System ($1 spend = 1 point gained): 200 points = $10 OFF 500 points = $25 OFF 1000 points = $50 OFF 2000 points = $100 OFF

What happened to my points on the old program?

Fear not, when we updated our systems, points balances were moved to the new system! But we do need you to confirm ownership by creating your new Bud Club loyalty account. Your scanned id at the time of pick-up will enable the Budtender to find and sync your account. You will receive a special invitation link via email. If you did not receive it, simply tap here to start your new program enrollment: https://shop.gagecannabis.com/sign-up.

Is there a fee to join The Bud Club?

Nope! Just register in-store or online and you will start earning points automatically.

How can I earn points and rewards?

Opt-in for the program and then it's time to shop! You will start earning from the initial purchase.

Do points expire?

Unlike our old program, points do not expire. Just another way we're bringing more everyday perks to our valued customers.

How can I view my points?

Your points are viewable any time in your Bud Club account. Simply login with the credentials provided at account creation, and look for the Loyalty tab at the top of your screen beside the Menu. Your points will also be available as normal at the bottom of your sales receipt.

Can I walk into a store and redeem my rewards without a purchase?

All items must ring up to a minimum of $5 over the redemption reward value. Example, to redeem $25 in rewards, your order must total $30 or greater.

Can I earn points and redeem at any Gage, Cookies, Pinnacle or Lemonnade location or any TerrAscend brand products at any dispensary?

The Bud Club loyalty points can be redeemed at any Gage/Cookies/Pinnacle or Lemonnade owned location in Michigan except the Cookies Grand Rapids location. *please consult your Budtender to ensure your home location has been transitioned to the new system.

Can I earn points for past purchases?

Points cannot be retroactively applied to before your enrollment.

Can I accumulate my rewards and stack redemption at a single visit?

Only 1 loyalty reward redemption will be permitted with each transaction, meaning you cannot stack reward redemptions.

What is the process for redeeming my points?

Your points can be redeemed in two ways; at the point of sale with assistance from your Budtender or during your online pre-order reservation. Simply apply your points in the cart.

Can I use my new Bud Club points at a store that has not converted to the new system?

Unfortunately, you cannot, but once the transition is complete across all stores, you may travel freely across our full retail footprint and apply your points at any location.

What are the Loyalty Program Rules?

$1 spent = 1 point earned * Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit * Only 1 reward redemption per day * Points never expire * Rewards are stackable with everyday discounts and daily promotions * Point rewards will come off the total purchase at the end of the transaction; taxes are then calculated and applied. * Rewards are 100% redemption, meaning the purchases must utilize the entire amount in the transaction, they cannot split the value (ex. Use $12.50 today and then $12.50 next time) * Transaction value must meet or exceed $5 before tax but after all rewards and discounts.

New Website Experience

Why is Gage updating its website and loyalty program?

With Gage's growth and expansion in Michigan comes opportunities to streamline and improve our service offerings to you. We've listened to our customers and implemented a host of changes that will make shopping easier and allow you to use the loyalty program even more on your terms! All these changes required updates to our systems to better serve you.

When will my home store location be moving to the new experience?

Due to the size of our footprint, we will roll out these changes over a period of five weeks. Once your home store has converted and your new account is confirmed, we encourage you to shop exclusively at that location until the remaining stores have converted. Your store's transition to the new system will occur in the following order:

  • Pinnacle Morenci, Pinnacle Camden, Pinnacle Addison, Cookies Jackson
  • GAGE Ferndale, GAGE Adrian, Cookies Detroit,Cookies Ann Arbor, Lemonnade Center Line, GAGE Kalamazoo, GAGE Grand Rapids, GAGE Battle Creek, Cookies Kalamazoo, Pinnacle Buchanan
  • I already have an account with Gage, why do I need to create a new one?

    The new Bud Club loyalty program and its many features require new account creation, but rest assured any information you provided previously will be carried over to the new platform - all you have to do is complete the final step to synchronize the data and check-in with your id at your next purchase pick-up.

    How will I be contacted in this new account system and how can I manage my contact preferences?

    Email and mobile messaging are the most common methods of contact. They are split into two categories: Transactional notifications – these notifications alert you to important updates about orders or your account. These may include order confirmations, delivery dates and times, order cancellation notices, documentation requirements, etc. You may opt out of these notifications at any time using the opt out methods provided to you in each message. Marketing communications - these notifications typically consist of weekly deals, promotions or special announcements about our stores, but may also include early store closure notices or event announcements. For both Transactional & Marketing you may also control these messages in your online account dashboard but tapping Profile-> Notifications (under Settings) and toggling each notification type, on or off.

    Will my information ever be sold or shared with outside parties, I'm extremely sensitive about my privacy?

    Rest assured your contact information, including any details shared with us during account creation, check-in, medical card validation, etc., will never be shared or sold. This includes but is not limited to; date of birth, name, email, phone number, address, purchase history, or caretaker information. Just like you, we are cannabis consumers and privacy is one of our top priorities!

    Can I access my previous purchase history?

    Moving forward, any order you place with your new Bud Club account, will be accessible via your 'Orders' tab, including cancelled orders. Unfortunately, your previous purchase history will not be available in your new account.

    What if I still have questions or encounter problems with my new account?

    Your trusted local Budtender is equipped to handle most any situation and is the most immediate path to resolution, but you may also email customerservice@terrascend.com with your questions.
